Hemanshu Siria to Helm Client Services across Geographies
Reforming our Client Services function is yet another step towards strengthening our ability to be a client-centric organization. The Client Services function at Miles is responsible for prompt and accurate resolution of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Hemanshu Siria, financial technology expert will now head client services for the company across geographies. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the client experience post-implementation across geographies and ensure that all SLAs are met with the same quality and speed of service.
Hemanshu brings with him more than 15 years of development, production support and management experience. Prior to this, he was leading the development and implementation function within Miles and was instrumental in building a robust MoneyWare product suite. He will continue to lend his expertise to the development and implementation teams in their ongoing operations
