  • Milan Ganatra (Managing Director and CEO): Milan Ganatra, a first generation entrepreneur, had the vision and ability to foresee an increasing need for financial solutions. A Post Graduate in Business Management, Milan started working as a Marketing executive at an early age of 16 and later moved on as an IT manager in one of the leading brokerage houses in India. Anticipating the need for an application which can provide flexibility, track-ability, accurate reporting of investments and be easily operated by one and all, he started Milessoft Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Milessoft) in 1999.
  • Sandeep Presswala (Executive Director): Sandeep Presswala brings to Milessoft over two decades of invaluable experience in the financial services industry across areas such as retail investment & brokerage, distribution, wealth management, NBFC, project finance and investment banking. As a member of the core team and Executive Director of HSBC InvestDirect (India) Limited (formerly IL&FS Investsmart Limited), he spearheaded the formulation of business strategy, products, channels, implementation & creation of a retail distribution network spread across 300 outlets in 90 cities with a team of over 1500 employees delivering gross revenues of Rs 2 bn, resulting in a market capitalization of over Rs 15 bn.

    A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has authored publications, been on committees and on board of several group companies of the IL&FS Investsmart Group. He brings along leadership experience and an exposure of over two decades in the capital markets industry. His extensive domain understanding and deep industry insight will be extremely significant to leverage the immense opportunities available in the financial service sector, in the domestic as well as Enterprise Clients space globally.

  • Sandeep Lalwani (Head – Sales and Marketing): Sandeep Lalwani spearheads the Sales and Marketing team at Milessoft and is responsible for client interactions with Enterprise Clients. He has over 20 years of rich experience in leading marketing and strategic growth initiatives of software products and solutions organizations in Asia Pacific and Europe. In addition, he has also worked in the US with leading Software service provider to Financial Services firms and the Healthcare Industry. He has closely worked with reputed organizations such as Wells Fargo, H&R Block, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, Citicorp as well as local players such as the Bank of India, Krung Thai Bank amongst others. Sandeep started his career with Arthur Andersen India Practice and was one of the key initial members who helped lay the foundation of Anderson’s growth from being a fledgling practice of 20 consultants.
  • Hemanshu Siria (Delivery Head: Wealth Management Business): Hemanshu Siria has been a core member of Milessoft Management Team since inception. Hemanshu is a Commerce Graduate and has done various Diploma Courses in Computer Hardware and Software. As Delivery Head of Wealth Management product, he is responsible for designing, analyzing and development of the current suite of Milessoft’ products.
  • Dhawal Kamath (Head: Product Management): Dhawal Kamath has been associated with Milessoft since its inception. Dhawal is a Diploma holder in Software Engineering as well as Computer Engineering. He has wide experience in Software Planning and Development, System Analysis and System Designing. At Milessoft, he plays a key role in enabling adoption and incorporation of new technologies to the product suite and solutions.
  • Murtuza Nagaria (Head – New Initiatives) : Murtuza Nagaria is in charge of New Web Based Product Development Initiatives. He is an Information Architect with over 16 years of experience in information designing and content management. Murtuza has been associated with the financial domain throughout his career, initially as a financial journalist and thereafter assuming key roles in information management and designing. His work experience comprises stints with organizations such as IL&FS Investsmart, Sharekhan and Yahoo India in past.
  • Pramod Kumar (Delivery Head: Capital Market)): Pramod Kumar leads the team for new Lending and Capital Market products. Pramod is a graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University and holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Computers. He has over 8 years of rich experience in software development and is also a member of International Association Software Architect (IASA) and MSDN user group.
  • Rakesh Sakaria (Chief Financial Officer): Rakesh Sakaria is Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He has over 13 years of experience across diverse industries. Prior to joining Milessoft, he has worked with large Corporations such as Essar Group, McDonalds, Tata, BASF and MRPL.
  • Krishna Yadav (Implementation Head: Enterprise Products): Krishna Yadav has over 11 years of experience in the Information Technology domain and is responsible for training and implementation of enterprise products. He has broad exposure in various business segments such as Finance, Human Resources and Retail. He is a graduate from Mumbai University and has thereafter pursued GNIIT from NIIT. Krishna is also a member of industry associations such as International Association of Software Architect (IASA) and MSDN user group.
