Our goal for training at Milessoft is to
relentlessly pursue excellence in development of relevant and
strong competencies across the organization by providing a great
learning environment. A key part of this goal is bringing fresh
engineers up to speed as quickly as possible.
Training for Campus Recruits
The aim of our training program is to lay a strong foundation for
all the new fresh engineers coming into Milessoft. The focus of
training is to ses that the participates acquire the following
skills: Coding, Trouble shooting, Written and verbal
communications & Presentation skills.
