Job Description:

• * Lead a team of developers across multiple projects
• * Co-ordinate with Account Manager for implementation of software development
• * Take total responsibility for project and commit dates to account manager.
• * Responsible for delivery of development assignment managed by the team.
• * Schedule task and allocation of work within team members.
• * Manage new development as well as maintenance cum enhancement from existing clients.
• * Designing technical documentation for clients based on functional scope.

Candidate Profile:

• * Preferably B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA with 5-8 years Experience with Financial domain knowledge.
• * Excellent exposure to .Net, VSS, SQL and working knowledge on latest & older version.
• * Project Management experience in enterprise products / financial software’s.
• * A strong leader who can work with the management team to suggest and create viable solutions.
• * Leading the team of developers.
• * Planning / managing product development and project management.
• * Ability to handle multiple projects and also prepares and presents high-level management information.
• * Previous industry experience or financial industry exposure preferred.
• * Well-developed project management skills with strong business acumen & understanding.
• * Very focused on quality procedures and is able to follow them in the face of stringent deadlines.
• * Requires high degree of development skills.
• * Also contribute towards raising development standards through development contribution, where required.
• * Require to do R&D on new availability of new tools, technology, etc.
