Job Description:

The database resource will be required to provide effective and efficient access to information stored and storage in databases. Should be able to design and develop data models and database architecture. Should provide expertise and guidance in the design, implementation and maintenance of databases. Will be responsible in constructing, installing and testing the databases. The resource must be good at communicating not only in computer languages, but with people as well.

Database Development Skills (Required)
* T-SQL Queries With All Types Joins and Procedures.
* Using Cursors.
* Using Common Table Expression (CTE) -- "With" Keyword, "Recursion" Methods.
* Using Aggregate Functions in Queries -- Sum, Average, Min, Max , Count.
* Writing Cross Tab Queries.
* Writing Pivot & Un-Pivot Queries.
* Writing Table Valued Functions & Scalar Functions.
* Creating DTS Package -- Data Transformation Service.

Database Designing Skills (Required)
* Tables Designing.
* Defining Indexes.
* Setting-up Constraints.
* Creating Triggers.

Database Maintenance & Management Skills (Optional)
* Database Tuning.
* Database Security.
* Database Schedule Backups for Maintenance.
* Database Mirroring & Replication.

Candidate Profile:

* 3-5 Years of Exp in Backend Development Role.
* Financial Services Domain Knowledge Preferred.
* Good Communication Skills.
* Qualifications: BE/BTECH/MCA.
