Sr. Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Make corporate presentation / demo of company's key financial software’s - MoneyWareTM.
  • Identify new clients / leads.
  • Executing business plan and strategy for attainment of sales and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Identifying new potential markets and key strategic role to establish foot hold of company products into emerging and new markets.
  • Managing the sales team with sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis, accurately forecast annual and quarterly revenue streams and actively manage all aspects of sales cycle.
  • Responsible for turning around RFP responses with help of pre sales support team.
  • Handling negotiation, finalization of deals and execution of order.
  • Controls and participates with in all Demos and follow up with all clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/MBA,7-10 years of exp in the sales, a significant part of which should be in corporate software sales / IT Consulting.
  • Setting and achieving sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Should have knowledge of making web based demo / presentation using WebEx / ECP.
  • Prior experience in selling Financial Software solutions.
  • Complete understanding of Solution Selling techniques.
  • Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Ability to quickly learn Solutions delivery model and implementation methodologies and new software technologies.
  • Must be familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
