Job Description:
* Provide training to customers on financial products.
* Understand the client requirements and co-ordinate with the development team for solutions.
* Provide product support and solve customer queries.
* Provide input and suggestions for fine tuning the processes.
* Business process expertise for developing new financial products.
Candidate Profile:
* Preferably a commerce graduate, CA or MBA or having a diploma in capital market operations.
* Having exposure of more than 2 to 3 years in capital markets.
* Good understanding of business processes for Equity, Derivatives and Mutual Funds .
* Good communication and problem solving skills.
