This model is sometimes used during software product / sub-system development. Miles Software can share the risks involved in developing and marketing a product along with the customer with whom we have a long term relationship. We could invest in developing the product and jointly own the IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) of the product with the customer.

In this model, We will form the project team including the project management staff, equipment and infrastructure based on your projected requirements. You pay monthly charges based on the size and composition of the team. The model offers you flexibility to balance the size of your team with your projected workloads. Most of the on-site services (unless it is part of a fixed price project) are delivered using this business model. We could bid for partial phases of project on a Fixed Price basis and the remaining parts on a Time and Material basis if required.

Over a period of time, We have developed our own Intellectual Property (IP) in the form of objects, tools, utilities, sub-systems and products, which may dramatically increase your productivity and reduce defects in your software. We can licence this IP at a reasonable cost, so that you benefit from the reduced costs, defects in production and cycle times.
