He has an experience of over 35 years and has been associated with companies such as Dreyfus Corporation (Chairman and CEO), Mellon Financial Corporation (Vice Chairman), Kleinwort Benson Investment Management Americas and Mitchell Hutchins Institutional Investments and Chase Investors Management Corp to mention a few.

Mukul Gulati is the Managing Director of Zephyr Peacock India Fund and a nominee director (Non - Executive) from Zephyr Peacock on the Board of Miles. Mr. Gulati is an MBA with honors from the Columbia Business School. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland, where he was a Dean’s Scholar at the Department of Economics He brings to Miles his rich experience of more than 10 yrs in US equity markets. Mr. Gulati has been associated with corporations like Multex, Reuters Market guide (pioneer in the area of financial publishing on the internet) and is also one of the founders of equity research product widely used by institutional investors.

Mukund Krishnaswami is the Managing Partner for Lighthouse Funds and a nominee director (Non - Executive) from Lighthouse Funds on the Board of Miles. He holds undergraduate degrees summa cum laude in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. Mr. Krishnaswami was previously associated with the Private Equity Division of Lehman Brothers in New York, where he completed direct equity investments with aggregate transaction values of approximately $1.5 billion. He also serves on the Boards of SAI Investments, Mon Cheri Bridals and RCG Management.
